As many of you know, I have started my own Functional Medicine Practice! My new practice is Sandhills Functional Medicine located in the same building as St. Luke's Medical Practice. I wanted to make this change so I can focus on Functional Medicine. With the new practice also comes new staff, this new staff are ready to provide you with exceptional service for all of you. I look forward to continuing to work with you all and to continue to build better, healthier lives together.

Once you have logged into your new patient portal you will be able to access: your upcoming appointments, book appointments with Pam, send direct messages, view your invoices and payments, and much more. Please login to the patient portal and fill out forms under 'Questionnaire'.
